Whoever it was who decided this, they managed to convince Jeff to let some of his colleagues wrap him up in bubble wrap and then roll him down Citadel Hill.
Sounds silly, I know; and it was. It was also one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time.
Gradually, they wrapped him in bubble wrap to the point where only his feet and head were exposed. Then, they gently lay him on the ground and pushed him down the hill. We roared the whole time.
But the funniest part was when the police came and "arrested" Jeff, placing him in handcuffs and leading him off to the paddy wagon.
I shot a bunch of video for this special event. I'll put one piece of it here, and the rest on my facebook, as soon as FB lets me do so, that is. It is especially temperamental this evening.
Jeff, my friend, you are a good sport. You gave Patricia and me a good chuckle when we sorely needed one. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
In the mornin', I pile in my car and drive for two hours to participate in a Toastmasters Table Topics contest. Then, I drive back here. I hate driving that much.
