Day two of my minivacation is nearly over. It is now pushing 10pm. I have been on the go all day.
My mother had an appointment here in the city this morning. It ran late, of course, as these appointments always do. We had a late lunch at the Spartan restaurant. From there, she wanted to go to the Value Village in Bayer's Lake. At the same time, my Dad and I returned to my home, where a freshly-purchased bolt cutter and hasp were used and installed on my outside shed. I grabbed their luggage and we went back to pick up Mom at Value Village. She was still shopping, more than 90 minutes after arriving there!! When she finally finished, I drove them back to their home, before returning to my own house, not very long ago.
I get up at 4:30 in the morning to drive Patricia and the cats to the cottage. We will spend the long weekend there. But fear not, effendi. I will still blog from the cottage. I know you need your daily fix of me. I respect that.
Watching the series finale of Prison Break. The first couple seasons of that show were pretty good. The last two have been pretty poor. Not sorry to see it go.
Seeya tomorrow.
