Post 1488 - So Close!

Tomorrow is recycling day around these here parts.  Rather than be rushed in the morning, I threw out the 9 large clear plastic bags full of papers and broken-down cardboard boxes and magazines and other ephemera.   They're all out to the coib and will be picked up tomorrow.

Got up at 5:30 and took the earliest bus I possibly could, which was at 6:10.  I got to work by 7 and transcribed a full audio file in the LB interview.  During lunch, I transcribed 50% of the final audio file.  I have but five and a half minutes left of the final audio file.  I will almost certainly  be able to finish it on
Tuesday.

Sometimes, I write blog posts that I put out there and just move on to other topics.  Such is the "burden" associated with writing something 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.   Last April, I wrote about my friend Holly Bartlett.  This evening, her sister found those posts and left me a comment, which I just published.

On Friday, I received another comment on the year-old Tom Bedell interview.  It was from a guy who works for a company that produces the sound mixers for radio station Q104.  He liked the pictures I'd taken in studio and wanted permission to run those pics in an upcoming company newsletter.  I asked him to email me at the official Bevboy's Blog email address, but I haven't heard from him yet.  I hope he does write.  It'd be cool for this company in California to mention my blog.

The rental property has had its first showing.  The second one is on Tuesday.

So, all in all, it's not a bad day.

See you tomorrow, my friends.

Bevboy
