Well, so much for that!
I was going to spend the weekend at my mother's place. Had all kinds of things to do down there.
But.
For reasons best not discussed here, I have to spend the bulk of the weekend in Pictou County, helping Patricia out with something. She is already there. I should be at the cottage by lunch time on Friday. Next weekend, I'll be at my mother's. Promise!
I ordered something last week from Tiger Direct. According to an automatically-produced email, the thing I ordered on the 15th was delivered to my front door at 5:24 this afternoon. I wasn't home, but was here by 6:10 or so. I just now went outside to see if I could find the item, but no dice. When they say something was delivered to the front door, do they mean that literally? Or if someone isn't home, do they hide it on the property? Or, do they try to send it again?
BTW, this is not Canada Post. It was sent by UPS.
Anybody reading this ever order something from Tiger Direct?
I have a long day tomorrow. Guess I'll call it a night.
It's a night.
Ha ha. I have a million of them.
See you tomorrow.
