This post is being written at my mother's in the Annapolis Valley. I arrived here this afternoon around 4. I will remain here until Thursday, Friday if the weather sucks.
I have spent time this evening washing her dishes and helping her prepare her world-famous fish cakes. It is now 10:30. I should turn in soon.
Mom and I will get up and head out to New Minas around 8:30 tomorrow morning. Last minute food purchases mostly.
