As the title would suggest, this post is about Lethal Weapon. To be specific, the new show that's on Fox this season.
We love it. We watch the show with big grins on our faces. The interplay between Damon Wayans and Clayne Crawford comes thisclose to making me forget about Danny Glover and Mel Gibson. The other characters are a delight to watch. I hope they are having as much fun shooting the program as we are watching it.
I tweeted just now about how much I liked the show. I used the #LethalWeapon hashtag. Within minutes two cast members of the show "liked" my tweet. I am now following Johnathan Fernandez (who plays the medical examiner Scorsese) and Keesha Sharp, who plays Trish Murtaugh. I think I have a crush on Keesha Sharp, by the way. My goodness, she is an attractive woman. Not as attractive as my hair, of course, but certainly in the same wheelhouse.
I am not sure if I have a point here. If I do, it's that back in the day, if I liked a show, I would just discuss it with some chums or keep that feeling to myself. I would never even think of writing the stars or the show itself as it seemed futile. Now, I can just write a tweet on my phone, and people from the show see it almost instantly.
Quite a world we live in. I think I will stick around a bit longer.
See you tomorrow.
