Post 3685 - Another Two Days Later

Tuesday night? Tuesday night?! What happened to Monday night?

I slept.

My body conked out pretty early Monday night. Call it getting old. Call it the new job draining my mental energy. Call it laziness. Mix them all together, and you get Monday night at Casa Bevboy.

I feel find tonight, though. Thanks for asking.

We went to Costco last night, and again, tonight. We got the Costco quesadillas so you won't have to. They are edible, but then again, so is styrofoam if you put enough salsa on it. There are a few left, so guess what we're having for lunch on Wednesday?

We will also be having Caesar salad, because Costco sells salads so large that the Mormon Tabernacle Choir would be able to have seconds. And it was only $8.99. That amount of money at Sobeys or Superstore would get you a Caesar salad only one that is (if you're lucky) half as large.

Who needs Ikea? We have Costco!

We got home and cooked the stuff I just mentioned. I had some work to do, so I did that. We ate. We watched "Good Girls", which is about three women who get mixed up in organized crime, "Breaking Bad" style. It is compelling, but the tone is maybe a bit off. They are getting more and more drawn into this life, and they regret it; but they still find time to laugh and joke and carry on. I am guessing the writers and producers are playing a longer game. If it comes back for a second season, and the ratings are good so I don't see why it wouldn't, then I would expect the realization of their criminality would be sinking in more for the characters. You really owe it to yourself to check out the show.

And some information came to me this evening regarding an unsolved murder I have been working on. I am hoping to get yet more information on Wednesday. This is shaping up to being a heart-breaking case. I am looking forward to sharing it with you.

I think I will turn in. Lots happening on the morrow.
